AAUW Start Smart Salary Negotiation Workshop
Will you be graduating and job hunting this spring? Learn strategies to negotiate your salary once you get a job offer! RSVP and mark your calendars for Thursday, April 8th from 7:00-8:30pm in Center for Business Room 111. Free food and workbook provided.
Gendered and racial pay gaps mean women and people of color often make less than their counterparts in every field. They’re also less likely to negotiate their first salary. Earning less makes it harder to pay back student loans, save money, invest in a home, and plan for retirement. Don’t leave money on the table – learn how to ask for what you’re worth!
This is event is being held in person, so masks are required of all attendees and seating in the room will be distanced. We’ll ask to see your green screen from MSUM’s online COVID self-assessment at check-in.
