Undergraduate Economic Review publishes MSUM economics student’s research

Rebecca Weir, a May 2020 MSUM Economics graduate, joins students from the University of California, Berkeley, New York University, George Washington University, and Amherst College in having her undergraduate research selected for publication in Undergraduate Economic Review. Weir’s publication marks the eighth time since 2005 that this journal has published undergraduate research from the MSUM Economics program.

Weir developed the paper, “Market Trends in Food Consumption Expenditures Away From Home Prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic,” while working with Dr. T. J. Hansen as her research mentor.
