DeSutter, Johnson and LaLonde present at NExT Virtual Summit
Keri DeSutter, Shirley Johnson (School of Teaching and Learning) and Courtney LaLonde (University of Jamestown) presented at the NExT Virtual Summit on Friday, November 6, 2020. Their presentation, titled Assessing the Efficacy of Utilizing NExT Digital Handbook Tools to Gauge Beginning Teacher Effectiveness, focused on preliminary results of their research using two NExT Digital Handbook Tools (Student Work Sampling Interviews and Student Impact Rubric). This work was supported by a $20,000 NExT grant.
Keri DeSutter also provided a poster presentation titled, Improving MSUM’s Data Use Practices through Disaggregation and Enhanced Data Analysis Strategies. This work was supported by a $10,000 NExT Grant.
