Cuisine in Color: a Recap & a Recording
On Thursday, October 15, 2020, MSUM Student Life, panelists, and students participated in an online panel event exploring the crossroads of culture and cuisine featuring Black, Indigenous, and People of Color’s perspectives.
The panelists included Glory Ames, MSUM senior studying Sustainability and Cultural Anthropology; Zainab Addalla; and Pasteur Mudende. Those in attendance explored the intersections between cultures that came together out of necessity and created the truly American cuisine.
