The Office of Online Learning will triage incoming requests and assign them to the appropriate team member. Please expect a response within a 24-hour window, M-F, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Consultations are generally for 50 minutes and use a peer coaching approach to problem solving. They are not meant to serve as a 1:1 training session. Should demand require additional training sessions on a given topic, the Office of Online Learning will respond accordingly.
