The Office of Online Learning is here to help during these times of change. If you are unable to answer your question by viewing training videos and/or support materials, please submit a Help Desk ticket to support@mnstate.edu. The Office of Online Learning will triage incoming requests and assign them to the appropriate team member. Please expect a response within a 24-hour window, M-F, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Office of Online Learning team is prepared to provide on-demand consultations. Consultations are most useful after you have reviewed training videos and support materials.
Consultations are generally for 50 minutes and use a peer coaching approach to problem solving. They are not meant to serve as a 1:1 training session. Should demand require additional training sessions on a given topic, the Office of Online Learning will respond accordingly. To schedule a consultation, email support@mnstate.edu and describe the problem you are trying to solve.
