Last chance to apply the BOLD Leadership Program

Deadline Sunday, March 15!

Are you a female wanting to gain leadership and networking skills?
Build professional connections? Gain confidence?

Apply for Eide Bailly’s Basics of Leadership Development (BOLD) program.

Eide Bailly will also be doing on-campus interviews in the Career Development Center (Flora Frick 151) for this program on Thursday, March 26.

This program is designed to help women build professional connections and learn leadership skills necessary for entering the workforce. Through volunteering, networking events, and time with a dedicated mentor, participants will gain confidence, form relationships, and most importantly, have fun!

The program will begin in April 2020 with a kick-off event, break for the summer while participants engage in supplemental learning opportunities on their own time, and then regroup with two sessions each month from September 2020 to November 2020.

Interested? Here is what one of our 2019 participants shared about her experience.

“The BOLD program was an awesome and inspiring experience. I got to meet so many powerful women who cared for my success in the future! I would recommend this program to anyone looking to expand their network while having fun and receiving great advice!”

We encourage all women who are enrolled in a business, economics, communication, English, project management, operations management, computer science, computer information systems or related major to apply!
