The Anne Carlsen Center (ACC): is a non-profit organization that provides support and services to those touched by developmental disability or delay. They are dedicated to helping children and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their families enjoy lives of quality and learning at home, at school, and in their communities. The Anne Carlsen Center is searching for enthusiastic, passionate individuals that share their desire to make a difference in the lives of the people they serve.

They currently are looking to hire:

Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

*DSP’s work in a variety of service areas including; in-home support, community based support, autism services support, and at Anne Carlsen’s residential location in Fargo called Taylor Made Living.
*DSP’s typically work one-on-one with a client and assist them in being part of the community as well as providing them with as much independence and inclusion as possible by following the client’s plan of care.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

*RBT’s work with the Autism team and the child on the Autism spectrum to provide support through a variety of activities as well as implement care plans and provide a safe and supportive environment.
*Behavior Technicians complete an additional 60 hours of training (provided by Anne Carlsen Center) to train them in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
