Application Extended for Speak Up
If you’re the kind of person who has an idea to share – we want to hear from you! We know there are plenty of Dragons who have ideas that can make the world a better place, and we want to hear them.
In February 2020, MSUM is hosting Speak Up, a TED-style event that will feature 8 speakers sharing 10-minute talks.
Do you have an idea to share? Complete our short speaker application on DragonCentral.
Or perhaps you know a student, staff, faculty or community member who could give a terrific talk on Connection? Nominate them here!
Applications are open until November 14.
The 2020 theme is Connection. Connection is about relationships. But it’s not just a relationship between two people or two different things. Connections also build on each other to create something bigger. We want to explore the idea of Connection from multiple perspectives, so we are searching for people to give talks related to the idea of connection.
The Planning Team will review speaker applications and notify those folks whose ideas have been selected for further development before the last day of the fall semester.
