Doing Human Rights Work: Research and Policy from the Field

Jennifer Kupferman, new MSUM faculty and Interim Director of the Women’s & Gender Studies Program, will present at our first WGS Colloquium about her experience as a human rights lawyer. She will talk about her tenure at the Women’s Refugee Commission, where she worked with forcibly displaced women, children, and LGBTQ+ communities.

This event will be September 27 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Women’s Center (Bridges 154). Free and welcome to the public.
