International Education Week

Nov. 12-16

International Education Week is the week of November 12-16 and We have a great week of events, and would like to invite you to come partake.

Monday, Nov. 12: No school in Honor of Veterans Day. Thank you to all of our veterans for their service to our country.

Tuesday, Nov. 13: Henna with Nepali Student Organization and Origami with Japan club in the CMU Main Lounge from 12-3 p.m.

Study Abroad information table, outside Kise Commons from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Student Leadership Panel: hear from current international students about their experiences as student leaders with a social at the end. There will be snacks in the Intercultural Center from 4-5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 14: Hair Braiding with African Student Association in CMU Main Lounge from 12-3 p.m.

Around the World Wednesdays with Sodexo: Bring 3 perishable food items and get into Kise for free. Featuring Tikka Masala with various Naan, Peri Peri Chicken with Jollof Rice, Korean BBQ Beef Tacos, Greek Turkey Burger, Pork Bahn Mi Pizza. From 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. 

Friendsgiving: Experience a traditional Thanksgiving with Sodexo, Bring 3 perishable food items and get into Kise Free.

Ice Cream Social and Study Abroad  Recruit Fair in Dahl Hall Lounge from 6:30-8 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 15: Passport Drive with Study Abroad in Flora Frick from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 16: Want to know more about student leadership positions? Come and hear about the student leadership positions and opportunities for the 2019-2020 school year in Library 103 starting at 2 p.m.
