15 credits adds up

Completing 30 credit hours within an academic year – generally 15 a semester – is what a student needs to graduate on time. There are other ways to get to 30 credits, too. Whether it’s 12 credits (fall) + 12 credits (spring) + 6 credits (summer) or some other combination, students can reach 30 credits total for the year.
