MSUM Alumni Film Screening

Friday, Oct. 5 | 7 p.m. | Glasrud Auditorium, Weld Hall

As part of Homecoming festivities MSUM’s School of Media Arts & Design presents an evening of short films created by their Film alumni. The six award-winning filmmakers will screen some of their most recent projects including, Zach Wentz’s space drama, “HAM,” which just took top honors in the LA Film Awards competition and Amber Johnson’s “Lady Lillian,” which has screened at over 40 film festivals. The other films include: Simone LeClaire’s “Elemental,” Greg Carlson’s doc. short, “On the Wall, Off the Chain,” Nick Biewer’s music video, “STYMIED” and Jake Handegard’s music video, “Living that High Life.”

A Q&A with the filmmakers will follow. The screening will take place in MSUM’s Glasrud Auditorium, Weld Hall on Friday, Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. For more information contact Tom Brandau at 701-446-7818 or brandau@mnstate.edu.
