Homecoming royalty information
It may be the start of the school year, but Homecoming is fast upon us. As part of Homecoming 2018, we will be crowning royalty. Anyone is eligible to nominate candidates for Homecoming Court. All applicants must be MSUM students, have at least junior status as determined by credits and have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater. They should be actively involved in on campus, be a great example of Dragon Pride and dedicated to MSUM.
All nominees will go through an interview process. This process will take place in the CMU starting September 19, 2018. The interview panel will consist of MSUM students, faculty and staff. The interview team will be looking for students who are enthusiastic, poised, articulate, and interested in MSU Moorhead. The number of nominees will be narrowed down to 10 finalists, all of whom will be notified on October 1, 2018 at Dragons Got Talent in Glasrud Auditorium. The campus population will then vote online Monday, October 1 through Friday, October 5 at noon.
Selection to Court is based solely on interviews and scores from the interview. No member of the interview team is allowed to participate if they are in a student organization with or work with the nominee.
