Dr. Messina co-publishes study in Family Journal

Counseling Program faculty member Dr. Ken Messina and colleagues from Duquesne and Slipper Rock Universities in PA recently published a study entitled “The Impact of Counseling on Bowen’s Differentiation of Self” in the Family Journal. The study examines how participation in counseling services can lead to changes in Bowen’s construct of Differentiation of Self and discusses the potential impact of these changes on persons seeking counseling.
