Wooyang Kim’s coauthored paper receives best paper award at 2018 Annual Conference of the Korea-America Hospitality & Tourism Educators Association
Dr. Wooyang Kim, Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Paseka School of Business, and Kelly La Venture (Bemidji State University, graduated from the Paseka School of Business, MSUM) and Dr. Kwangsoo Park (North Dakota State University) awarded the best paper (second place) at the 2018 Annual Conference of the Korea-America Hospitality & Tourism Educators Association (KAHTEA), Las Vegas, Nev. Only two papers were selected as the best paper among all presented studies at the conference.
The paper title is “Cultural Property Value as Antecedents of Tourist Consumption Value and Visit Intention,” which is testing the value theories to explain tourists’ visit intention of cultural property sites by applying cultural values (archaeology and sociology) and consumption values (behavioral economics and marketing).
