Pam McGee to speak on “The Art of Agile Facilitation” at PMI event

Pam McGee, associate professor in the Professional Management Department, will be speaking on “The Art of Agile Facilitation” at the PMI-ND Fargo Outreach Event today, April 18, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Aldevron PRACS building, 4837 Amber Valley Parkway South, Fargo. It will be held in the Phaeton meeting room on the first floor. The event is free with with 1 PDU. PMI membership or PM certification are not required to attend the event.

During this hour overview, McGee will discuss:

1. Facilitating vs. Running a meeting
2. How to apply agile facilitation in all types of meetings ranging from 1:1 to large stakeholder groups
3. What great facilitators know and do?
4. Five GO to facilitation tools!
