Free healthcare directive seminar
April 12, 24 and May 1 | 9-10 a.m. | River Pointe (2401 11th St S)
Do your loved ones know your wishes in an emergency? Do you have a Health Care Directive or Living Will? If so, when was it was updated?
Join Licensed Attorney Deborah Kukowski and students of MSUM’s Elder Law class, for a three-part Health Care Directive seminar. A light breakfast will be served at each session, and you will leave with a notarized, legal document on May 1. This program is offered at no cost as part of an academic service learning project, through Minnesota State University Moorhead, with breakfast provided by River Pointe.
Each session lasts one hour.
Enrollment is limited, and registration required by Friday, March 30.
In order to participate, you must be:
- A resident of Minnesota or North Dakota
- 55 or better
- Available to meet at River Pointe for each session
