The campus community is invited to participate in open forums for finalists for the Director of Public Safety.
Rodney Clark currently serves an Assistant Professor of Military Science for the US Army. Rodney has over 20 years of professional work experience in the Public Safety. He has served multiple roles while serving in the US Army among these positions are Chief Protection Operations Officer, Provost Marshal & Director of Emergency Services, Military Police Commander, Chief, Force Protection, Operations Officer, Chief, Security Forces to name a few. He holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from American Military University, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences from Texas State University and Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Alvin Community College.
Candidate Rodney Clark’s public forum will be from 1:10-2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19 in CMU 203.
Ryan Nelson currently serves as a Police Sergeant in the Moorhead Police Department a position he has held since 2015. Ryan also served as a Detective/Police Officer in the Moorhead Police Department from 2001-2015, a Police Officer with Dilworth Police from 1998-2001, and a Correctional Officer from 1997-1998 for the Cass County (ND) Sheriff’s Office. Ryan also currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for Criminal Justice at Minnesota Community and Technical College in Moorhead.
Candidate Ryan Nelson’s public forum will be from 1:15-2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21 in CMU 203.
