D2L Connection: Minnesota Edition
Proposals are being sought from higher education instructors, as well as staff and administrators, for the next D2L Connection: Minnesota Edition conference scheduled for April 13, 2018, at Normandale Community College, Bloomington, MN. Sponsored by D2L in collaboration with Minnesota State and St. Catherine University, this conference will showcase many aspects of teaching and learning within D2L Brightspace.
If you have a topic you are passionate about, some best practices you want to share with colleagues, or an education program you want to promote, submit your proposal for sessions that fall into one of these five areas of focus:
- Exemplary Course Design
- Best Practices in Teaching and Learning
- Innovation
- Inclusive/Accessible Design
- Support, Training, and Administration
All presentations must relate to the use of D2L Brightspace, but can include scholarship, pedagogy, and leadership topics. This conference seeks to guide attendees in more skillful and deeper use of the available tools within D2L Brightspace, but that it also is important to address pedagogical topics.
The deadline for proposals is Friday, Feb. 9. For more information or to submit a proposal, go to the D2L Connection: Minnesota website (https://www.d2l.com/events/regional/minnesotaconnection/).
