FM Ballet’s Classic Nutcracker Features MSUM faculty, students, and alumni

Four performances of FM Ballet’s The Classic Nutcracker opens Friday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. in Festival Concert Hall on the NDSU campus. Two more performances take place Saturday — one at 2 p.m. and another at 7 p.m. A final performance is set for Sunday at 2 p.m. The production features Tchaikovsky’s famous ballet music performed by an orchestra of professional musicians from the Fargo-Moorhead area and surrounding region. MSUM faculty member Craig A. Ellingson, director of theatre, dances in the role of Uncle Drosselmeier, and some MSUM students and alumni have other roles.
