Stressing out on study day? Come by the Women’s Center in Bridges 154 on Wednesday, May 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dance it out under our disco ball! Physical activity helps relieve stress and anxiety and improves memory. Pizza and snacks will be provided. Everyone is welcome in this judgment-free zone.
