Spring Break Fitness Challenge begins Feb. 4
Participate in Spring Break Fitness Challenge to be drawn in a number of prizes sponsored by your Wellness Educators. Starting Feb. 4 until spring break take one group fitness class a week along with a 45 minute workout three times a week or two additional group fitness classes a week.
More information will be on your starter packet which can be picked up at the Wellness Center or Hendrix.
