Brad Bachmeier juried to exhibit at Cherry Creek, nation’s top art fair
The 2017 event saw only 260 artists selected from over 2,100 entrants. Brad Bachmeier was one of 33 ceramic artists chosen. Exhibitors from 40 states and 3 countries will be featured. The 27th Annual event is to be held July 1, 2, 3, 2017 at Cherry Creek in Denver, Colo.
The panel of jurors was comprised of: Toby Atticus Fraley (Bridgeville, Pa.): Sculpture, Painting and Installation Artist and 2016 CCAF Award Winner; Hamidah Glasgow (Fort Collins, Colo.): Executive Director and Curator at the Center for Fine Art Photography; Andrew L. Kuebeck (Denver, Colo.): Professor/Area Coordinator of Jewelry and Metalsmithing at the Metropolitan State University of Denver, Artist; Petra Sertic (Denver, Colo.): Independent Curator and Professor of Art History at Metro State University of Denver, Ph.D. candidate at University of Colorado; Lynn Whipple (Winter Park, Fla.): Mixed Media Artist and 2016 CCAF Award Winner.
