Dr. Cabanela Recognized by American Astronomical Society
Physics and Astronomy professor Dr. Juan Cabanela was recently recognized by the American Astronomical Society (AAS). Dr. Cabanela received an award of thanks and recognition for the creation and sharing of the “Contacting the Congress” website for more than two decades.
His dedication to this information resource and his willingness to share access to the site with the members and users of the AAS webpages has had a significant and positive impact on the ability of astronomers to effect positive change in Washington, D.C.
