Wellness Center Hires Well-Known Alumna as Coordinator of Fitness and Special Programs

Mariah Prussia, a 2001 MSUM physical education alumna, has accepted the Coordinator of Fitness and Special Programs at the Russell and Ann Gerdin Wellness Center. 

Prussia is the owner and president of MPX Fitness/Training/MMA, formerly known as Xtreme Measures, located in South Fargo. She is also the founder of the NOW Project, a 501(c)(3), is a professional MMA fighter, corporate wellness coach, motivational speaker and the proud mother of two boys. Her niche is bringing innovative fitness to the health and wellness industry.

Prussia was ranked in the top 15 PFP Personal Trainers in the United States in 2015.

She is excited to integrate new and exciting programs while educating upcoming fitness professionals within our community.
