MSUM Hiring Campus Visit Coordinator
Minnesota State University Moorhead is currently searching for a Customer Services Specialist Intermediate (Campus Visit Coordinator) classified position in Admissions. This position is open to the general public for application.
The Campus Visit Coordinator serves as the primary initial contact for visiting guests on campus and those who call, message, or email into the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The Campus Visit Coordinator schedules and maintains all campus visits for prospective schedules and their guests while maintaining exceptional customer services and university values, mission statement and playbook. Screens, selects, trains and supervises the office assistant student workers. Assists with general Admissions Office activities such as data processing, managing calendars and appointments, and organizing supplies.
