MSUM Alum Pat McDonough Retires

Pat McDonough, B.A. Theatre, 1964, has retired for the second (and last) time in a 52 year career. Having retired as Professor Emeritus at Cal State Long Beach in 2005, he became the founding VP for Academic Affairs at a brand new, private, single subject graduate school in Bethlehem, Pa. For 11 years he was a bi-coastal administrator, using several generations of telecommunications and several “facetime” visits each year to support and guide the faculty through PA “authorization” and Middle States’ initial accreditation and now standard, comprehensive accreditation. He still teaches theatre history for free in the senior university.
