Minor in Human Resources now offered through Paseka School of Business
A Minor in Human Resources is now being offered through the Paseka School of Business here at MSUM. The curriculum has been designed to accommodate non-business majors or business majors. Overall, 15 credits (5 courses) are required to complete an HR minor. The minor was created after convening a focus group of HR professionals from Bobcat/Doosan International, Wanzek Construction, Volt Workforce Solutions, Evolution1, Microsoft, and MSUM. Coursework is a collaborative effort between the Paseka School of Business, Paralegal, Communication Studies, Psychology, Economics, and Operations Management departments. Students have flexibility in the coursework they select providing both an overview and an in-depth study of various Human Resource Management functions.
