GIS Day – Final Schedule of Events

Please join us in celebrating GIS Day on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 on the MSUM Campus!

Geographic Information System (GIS) technology allows us to visualize and solve problems facing people, plants, and animals living in dynamic systems. Have you ever used your smartphone to navigate through an unfamiliar city or to locate a restaurant within two miles? Come find out how phone apps use GIS to accomplish these tasks. If you are a visual learner, problem solver, or technology adopter, GIS Day has something for you.
