Nellis Named MSUM’s Director of Career Development Center

Troy Nellis has been named director of the Career Development Center at Minnesota State University Moorhead. In addition to providing strategic leadership for the Center, he’ll develop relationships with area employers and create experiential learning programs for students.

Prior to joining MSUM, Nellis had been director of Service Learning and an adjunct business faculty member at North Hennepin Community College. He was a career specialist at the University of Missouri-Columbia and a sales and marketing manager at the National Wellness Institute.

He holds a master of science in education, higher education administration from Illinois State University and a bachelor’s degree in communications with a broadcast journalism emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
