MSUM Dining Services welcomes Sodexo chef Fatih Kurt

MSUM Dining Services welcomes Sodexo chef Fatih Kurt to Minnesota State University Moorhead as part of the 2015 Global Chef Program. The Global Chef Program is a month-long international chef residency that provides opportunities for Sodexo’s top chefs worldwide to travel to different countries and share authentic cuisine with local teams, students, faculty and staff.
Fatih was born in Berlin and decided to enter a culinary career after high school. He has been a Sous Chef with Sodexo since June, 2014, creating menus for the Executive Board of the Alliance. He is both honored and proud to have been chosen to participate in the Global Chef program.
