Dr. Ok-Hee Lee to serve as Dean of the College of Education and Human Services
Dr. Ok-Hee Lee has agreed to serve as Dean of the College of Education and Human Services, effective July 1, 2015. Dr. Lee earned her Ph.D. from Indiana University at Bloomington, and she joined the faculty in the Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education in 2001. Dr. Lee previously taught as an Associate Instructor in the School of Education at Indiana University at Bloomington,and she taught as an elementary school teacher at Bae-Bong Elementary School in Seoul, South Korea. Dr. Lee was promoted to professor in 2014 and served as Co-Chair of the School of Teaching and Learning from 2010-2014. She is currently interim dean of the College of Education and Human Services.
During the next academic year, Ok-Hee will be on a required leave of absence. Prior to this, she will provide assistance to the person appointed as her Acting Dean to ensure stable and consistent leadership for the college.
