Due to student demand, the Wellness Center has added two additional INSANITY classes to the group exercise schedule, and has hired an additional INSANITY instructor. Johnny Arnhalt will be teaching INSANITY on Thursday nights at 6 p.m. starting March 6. Johnny is a certified INSANITY instructor and Beach Body Coach.
