Presidential search update

President Richard Hanson, presidential search advisory committee chair, said two candidates remain under consideration for president of MSU Moorhead. The Board of Trustees is scheduled to name the 11^th president at its April 23 meeting. The two candidates are Anne Blackhurst and Carlos Vargas-Aburto. Sam Minner withdrew his candidacy prior to April 10^th interviews with Chancellor Rosenstone, MnSCU Trustees, and senior administrators.

On Monday, April 28, Chancellor Rosenstone will introduce the president-elect at a reception in the CMU Ballroom at 1 pm. Details for this event are being finalized. Information on the candidates can be found at www.mnstate.edu/presidential-search.
