President Szymanski to lead faculty development discussion

You are never too young to think about retirement, but how many of us think this refers to our finances? It is also crucial to think about our intellectual pursuits, our wellness needs, and our social relationships in order to adequately prepare a “psychological portfolio” for multiple transitions in our career and life. In the second part of our “Focus on Faculty Fridays” series, President Edna will lead a conversation on topics addressed in the book “Retire Smart, Retire Happy: Finding Your True Path in Life.” Ten copies of this book are being shipped to campus this week; please e-mail facdev@mnstate.edu to reserve a copy!

This session is Friday, Feb. 28 from 2-3 p.m. in the Faculty Development Center; coffee/tea and snacks provided.
