Spring 2014 reminders from the Records Office
Instructors are encouraged to view their class lists in e-services under class management for the most up-to-date enrollment information. Students are not allowed to sit in classes they are not registered for.
Dropping a Course: Students may continue to drop classes on their own through e-services, but will receive a “W” on their academic record. Withdrawal deadlines vary for half and full term sessions. Please check the course schedule in e-services for specific withdrawal deadlines for each course.
Adding a Course: From January 21 to February 14, course adds can be done at the Records Office with a registration permit signed by the instructor and student. Permits are available in academic departments or from the Records Office.
Beginning February 17, the student must file an Academic Appeal to request a course to be added to their schedule for spring semester. The form can be found on the Records website or at the Records Office.
Do not hesitate to contact the Records Office with questions about these processes. The office is located in Owens 104. Thank you.
