Open Enrollments starts today
Open Enrollment starts today – Friday, Nov. 1 and ends Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013.
Your Open Enrollment opportunities and resources (including Employee Self Service links to submit elections) are available on the MMB website.
During this Open Enrollment period, you can make changes to your Medical and/or Dental Insurance, enroll in Child Life, enroll or increase Long Term Disability, (those eligible for the Manager’s Income Protection Plan can reduce their elimination period by one thirty day unit), and Flexible Spending Accounts (Pre-Tax Plans), such as the Medical/Dental Expense Account (MDEA), the Dependent Care (daycare) Expense Account (DCEA), and Transit Expense Accounts (TEA). It’s always important to check your Primary Care Clinic for the upcoming year, as cost levels can change each year. The 2014 Primary Care Clinic Directory is located here:

You also have the option to take the StayWell Personal Health Assessment (PHA). Taking the PHA during the Open Enrollment period, from November 1 – 14, and agreeing to accept a call from a StayWell Health Professional will provide you (and covered dependents) with the $5.00 reduction in office visit copays.
