MSUM Seminar Series Presents:

Observational Astronomy Projects at MSUM

Dr. Craig will present an overview of several observational astronomy projects currently underway at MSUM. The common thread in these projects is measuring the change of brightness of an object (typically a star). Though the talk he will focus on one particular star–
EY UMa– as an example of that research. He will include several examples of other projects and ways that others of any ability level can get involved.
