Combined Charities Campaign update

We are close to half way through the 2014 Combined Charities Campaign. Through the convenience of payroll deduction, you are able to donate to the charity or charities of your choice. Pledges and one-time gifts are tax deductible in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Let’s work together to make a difference in the lives of people in your community and across the Great State of Minnesota because we care, we give.

If you have not yet made your 2014 pledge, you may do so on the Employee Self Service website, then go to Other Payroll. Step by step instructions.

If you would rather make a one-time contribution by check, a One-Time Donation form is attached. Please return the form and your check to Deb Lewis in Human Resources. 2013-2014 One Time Check Donations Form

Whether you contribute by check or through payroll deduction, if you wish to designate your contribution to a specific charity, you may do so. List of charities affiliated with the Combined Charities federations.

The MSUM Dragon family has stepped up to help support our communities in the past. Our support is needed more than ever this year. Any contribution, large or small, can help. If you haven’t contributed in the past, now is a good time to start with even a dollar or two per pay period. If you are a past contributor, consider adding a dollar or two per pay period to your contribution this year.

If you have already made your pledge for the year — THANK YOU!!
