The Faculty Development Center has acquired a coffee maker and an electric water kettle, but are still looking for a small microwave, small fridge, and a crockpot. The MSUM Regional Science Center is hosting the first astronomy event of the season this Friday night from 9 to 11. The community is invited to gaze at the stars and have the sky interpreted. There will be opportunities to learn how to find constellations, see the Milky Way, nebulae and star clusters through telescopes provided by the Science Center.

Patricia Mary Johnson (nee McLennan) passed away on Friday, May 3, 2013 at the Acute Care Hospital in Billings, Mont. Pat joined the MSUM publications office as art director in 1981 until her retirement in 1990. Her husband, Wally, was a professor in the MSUM biology department. Read more about Pat.
