Glass Bead Making offered through College for Kids
Have you ever wanted to take a glass bead making class? Now is your chance. Local Artist Jodi Peterson will be offering a course called Glass Bead Making July 15 – 18. Peterson has taught this course for College for Kids for many years and will be teaching it again this summer. The College for Kids course is for children 10 – 14 years of age during Session II (July 15 – 18).
Peterson has agreed to offer a night course (5 p.m. – 7:50 p.m.), during the same week, for any interested adults that would like to learn how to make glass beads. If you want to sign up the cost is $129.00 for the course and you are asked to wear tennis shoes and have a pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes from the flame.
