Svet Stoyanov and Moni Simeonov to present Music Department Convocation

Bulgarian born marimba virtuoso Svet Stoyanov will team with guest FM Symphony concerto soloist Moni Simeonov to present a Music Department Convocation lecture/performance in Fox Recital Hall Friday, Nov. 9 at 3 p.m. Together, they perform as The SemiDuo Project. Separately, they are known as world class artists who perform around the world with such artists as Midori and the New York Philharmonic. Both artists will come together to present a joint duo recital at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10 as a part of the MSUM Day of Percussion. Admission for Friday’s Convocation is free.
