Jerry Schwartz passed away, service today

Jerry Schwartz, father of Larry Schwartz (Library), passed away October 30. He was 83 years old and had been hospitalized for the past three and a half weeks with pneumonia. He was a veteran of the Korean War (Clearing Company, 115th Medical Battalion, 40th Infantry).

A memorial service will be held Monday, Nov. 5 and the brethren of Conejo Valley Masonic Lodge #807 will conduct the service. Jerry was awarded his 50-year “Golden Veteran” membership pin from the Lodge in August.
