Wednesday, October 12th, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Owens Hall, Room 207 (C)

• Bring your Advantage health insurance card with you.
• No appointment necessary, just walk in.
• Our flu vaccination clinic is in two weeks!

(There is no out-of-pocket cost at workplace clinics if you present you Minnesota Advantage Health Plan member ID card. The cost is $24.00 for the shot or $32.00 for the nasal spray vaccine if you do not present your card.)
