MFA program celebrates 15 years
“The lyf so short, the craft so longe to lerne.” Chaucer, “Parlement of Foules”
In the fall of 1995, Moorhead State University offered its first MFA-level courses. Fifteen years later (and a university name change in 2000), seventy-eight people hold the MFA in Creative Writing degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. We think it’s time to celebrate.
The MFA faculty and students invite you to join us on April 15 at Usher’s House Restaurant in Moorhead, and on April 16 at The Spirit Room in Fargo, to celebrate the 15th anniversary reunion of the MFA program—and to celebrate the achievements of our program and its graduates. We’ve planned two informal and festive evenings to reunite MFA alumni.
