MSUM hosts second healthcare symposium April 28-29

Symposium on Healthcare Advancements in Research & Practice (SHARP 2.0) at MSUM April 28-29

MSUM’s School of Business is pleased to host and co-organize the second Symposium on Healthcare Advancements in Research & Practice (SHARP 2.0) on April 28-29, 2011 (Moorhead, Minnesota) in collaboration with Oklahoma State University and Mayo Clinic. This symposium intends to bring together national and international experts from industry and academics and serves to provide a forum to exchange ideas, problems and latest research findings.

Submission due for brief abstracts or posters: Feb 28th (Monday), 2011
Notification to Authors: March 7th (Monday), 2011
Last date for registration: March 21th (Friday), 2011

Submissions from MSUM are encouraged and could be based on a completed study, work-in-progress or study presented or published elsewhere. Selected papers from the symposium (presentation or posters) will be invited to develop a complete manuscript for publication in the special journal issue of Annals of IS on Healthcare Informatics and Delivery (Editors: Ashish Gupta & Ramesh Sharda).
