Changes ahead at MSUM’s Corrick Center for at-risk students

A unique Minnesota State University Moorhead program has helped at-risk students transition into college since 1972.
But significant changes are on the way for the Corrick Center after a task force identified concerns about low graduation rates.
The Corrick Center for General Education is an alternative entry program for students who don’t meet automatic admission requirements for MSUM.
The program emphasizes small class sizes, close interaction between faculty and students and a learning community environment.
