Gupta and Li lecture on email management Sept. 10

Email has become the most ubiquitous medium for communication within enterprises. However, the popularity and widespread adoption of email is resulting in issues such as email overload, interruptions, etc. Ashish Gupta and Han Li, both management faculty in the School of Business, will present findings from their recent modeling research to better understand the science of email management at the first talk in the Dean’s Lecture Series on “The Science of Email Management: A Managerial and Research Perspective” Friday, Sept. 10 at 1:30 p.m. in the Center for Business 105.
