Scheduling Services & Event Planning

As you know, Scheduling Services has undergone many transitions this past year. Our mission is to provide professional planning support and information for every event on campus resulting in efficient space management and successful campus events in order to provide a positive reflection of MSUM.

To help you plan a successful event, we have put together many event planning tools on the Scheduling Services website: http://www.mnstate.edu/schedule/.

When planning an event, please complete the form located below to make a room request: http://www.mnstate.edu/schedule/roomrequest.html

A Confirmation of Space document will be sent by email to anyone planning an event, meeting or rehearsal. It is important to review this document and alert Scheduling Services of any changes or mistakes.  If you do not have a confirmation of space, please contact Scheduling Services at least two weeks before your event to ensure that the campus staff can meet the needs of your event. This includes scheduling of doors being locked/unlocked, table and chair setup or audio/visual needs. If your request is made less than two weeks in advance, Scheduling Services cannot guarantee service.
